Elec-Tech Electrical Services Inc. was formed in 1991 as an industrial and commercial electrical contractor for two primary reasons:

• First: Our desire to provide superior service and quality electrical workmanship. It is a well known fact that anyone can become an electrical contractor in Tennessee by taking a “no pass, no pay” seminar. What should that tell us about the quality of construction in Tennessee right now? Elec-Tech decided years ago to break from that stereotype. Every field technician at Elec-Tech has either gone through a 5 year apprenticeship or passed difficult testing to satisfy this requirement. Our apprentices work full time under strict supervision and attend additional schooling so that they can better learn our industry.

• Second: To provide a caring place for our colleagues in the electrical trade to work. The people that drive our vehicles, install your equipment, and provide for their families are not just employees. They are our friends, and our family. We believe that it should be an employer’s position to care for its employee’s benefits, wages, and job security, not consistently eliminate them.
